At least he only has to listen to them. Much better than working the customer service desk at Wal-Mart. That’s sorry work.

I usually spent most of the time blaming upper management so I could still look cool and not get assaulted by the customers.

When I had that for a day job, I was canned because I didn’t say I was sorry. I argued instead!
